These terms apply to your use of genkicart.com and the Genki Cart hosted store service (“the service”). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Genki Cart builds and hosts online stores. We provide the platform, hosting, security and updates. You are responsible for the content of your store, including products, prices, descriptions, images and policies.
Your account
Keep access to your store's admin email secure. You are responsible for activity in your store's admin.
Payments
Payments to your store are processed by your chosen provider (Stripe or Square) under that provider's own terms. Payment fees are set by the provider.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to sell illegal goods, infringe others' rights, or harm the service or other users. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms.
Availability
We work to keep every store fast and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Genki Cart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell store owners about material changes by email.
